Yesterday we received e-mail of Mr. Patrice Montero from France IOM team with information that he have to skip this event!
Next step from organisational side was to contact first person on waiting list. That was Japanese sailor, Mr. Yosio Cihama.
He accepted our invitation and now Japan will have two sailors on this European Championship!
